How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult the size guide available on the product page and compare your measurements with the corresponding chart.

A wetsuit should fit snugly against the body, without large folds or air pockets, but it should allow you to breathe and move normally. It may feel tighter at first and will adapt slightly after the first few sessions.

If you are between two sizes or need help, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your height, weight, and main measurements.
What thickness of wetsuit do I need?
Thickness depends on water temperature and use:

- Colder waters: thicker wetsuits (e.g. 4/3, 5/4)
- Temperate/warm waters: thinner wetsuits (e.g. 3/2) or shorty/lycra depending on conditions

Check the recommended temperature on each product's description. If you need help choosing, contact Customer Service.
I have received a defective product
Inform us via Customer Service within 14 days of receipt, detailing the product's condition and attaching photos.
When will I receive the refund?
We will refund the amount paid (including shipping costs when the entire order has been returned) within 7 to 14 days after analysing and validating the products.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. There will be no additional charge for this refund.
