LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DRAW WITH JOÃO GUEDES


1. Organizer

The raffle is organized by DEEPLY SLU (hereinafter referred to as "DEEPLY"), a Spanish company with its registered office in Seville, in collaboration with @joaoguedes .

2. Participation Requirements

Participation in the giveaway is subject to the following conditions:

  • Participants should follow @deeply_europe and @joaoguedes on Instagram.

  • Participants must like the giveaway post.

  • Participants must share the giveaway post to their Instagram story, mentioning @deeply_europe . If the participant's profile is private, a screenshot of the shared story must be sent via direct message.

  • Participants must tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each comment must tag a different person.

There is no limit to the number of comments, and each additional comment increases the chances of winning.

3. Name of the Contest

The contest will be referred to as "GIVEAWAY WITH JOÃO GUEDES."

4. Competition Period

The giveaway will be open from September 23, 2025, at 15:00 CET until September 29, 2025, at 21:00 CET .

5. Prize

The winner will receive:

  • A big wave experience in Nazaré on a jet ski with João Guedes .

  • Two nights of accommodation , covering one night before and one night after the experience.

The prize includes accommodation only. Meals, transportation to Nazaré, and any additional expenses are not included .

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

6. Eligible Participants

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be natural persons (real individuals).

  • Learn about all the conditions outlined in Section 2.

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible participants who meet the participation requirements, using a random draw system .

The draw will take place on April 3, 2025. If the winner declines the prize, an alternative winner will be selected through an additional draw among the remaining participants. This process may be repeated up to five times until a confirmed winner is determined.

8. Communication of Results

The winner will be announced via the @deeply_europe Instagram account and notified through a direct message.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) business days from the date of notification. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, DEEPLY reserves the right not to select an alternative winner .

9. Claiming Prizes and Delivery

Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner must provide their full name and email address to facilitate prize coordination.

DEEPLY reserves the right to verify the winner's identity to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 6.

10. Disclaimer of liability

DEEPLY will not be manageable for:

  • Any technical issues that prevent participation in the giveaway.

  • Any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the execution of the giveaway or the prize delivery.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants fully accept these legal terms and conditions and acknowledge their agreement with DEEPLY's Privacy Policy .

11. Intellectual and Industrial Property

By accepting the prize, the winner DEEPLY grants the right to publish, reproduce, and share their Instagram profile picture for promotional purposes related exclusively to this giveaway.

12. Data Protection

Participation in the giveaway implies that entrants have read and understood DEEPLY's Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, available at: https://deeply.com .
