Description

Our Explorer range, for men, was consciously developed, using eco-friendly materials, prioritizing extreme comfort and durability. Our Mineralprene is still our elected neoprene for its sustainable composition of a mix of recycled oyster shells and limestone. Along with the introduction of our new C-FLEX 2.0 lining, that provides extra comfort and softness, the explorer was also improved with a new, more ergonomic, design of the kneepads, as well as improved cuts on the back and side of the legs, allowing more mobility and less movement restriction.

Along with our foam recovery technology, that maintains its integrity, the explorer also has glued and blind stitched seams to enforce the interior, sealed with ultra-flexible sean tapes, without compromising the flexibility.

O Explorer III 3/2 é feito em Mineralprene, neoprene amigo do ambiente feito de conchas de ostras recicladas e Limestone, laminado com cola à base de água Aqua α™. O sistema de fecho no peito YKK, com aperto do painel do peito por elástico e stopper, as barras de borracha no ombro e a gola em Glide Skin sem costuras ajudam a manter a água do lado de fora. O forro C-FLEX 2.0 extra-macio nos braços e pernas oferece conforto junto à pele. As costuras GBS são seladas com Neo Tape 2.0, para maior estanquidade. As joelheiras ergonómicas de alta densidade e os reforços em fita aumentam a durabilidade.

Care

Deve ser sempre lavado com água fria sem sabão (não me atires para a máquina de lavar nem de secar)

O fato deve ser retirado com calma, usando sempre um tapete Deeply ou um balde. Cuidado com as unhas, que podem rasgar o neopreno. Não estiques demasiado o neopreno, porque rebenta as linhas e costuras. É importante, no verão ou durante o tempo quente, tirar o fato isotérmico do carro ao chegar ao destino. O fato deve ser guardado pendurado, sem estar dobrado. Não retires a cera de surf, porque o neopreno fica danificado ao tentar tirá-la.

    Mineralprene is made by mixing limestone with waste oyster shells. The oyster shells are recycled and converted into oxide powder. This allows us to reduce the amount of limestone used in the composition of our wetsuits. This way, we produce a more natural and comfortable rubber foam.

El tallaje no es muy bueno. Me guie por la guia que dan y no llegaba a ponerme si quiera los brazos. Muy atentos ya que permiten el cambio de tallas sin problemas. Ahora este si entra pero me parece que de brazos alarga mucho al utilizarlo y de torso y hombros en cambio no. De torso son cortitos. El material muy gustoso.

El traje está¡ bien pero creo que ha bajado la calidad de vuestros neoprenos porque el aislamiento de las costuras no dura tanto como antes. Al usarlo 10 veces ya notas que no es tan estanco como los anteriores neoprenos.

Super comfy wetsuit

Tried it on and loved it straight away- I’ve only worn it in the sea once so far(got it last week). But it is so comfortable- I was in for around 2 hours, during this time there was no rubbing or chafing. I normally get crimping behind the knees but none with this suit. Love it- and love the eco values even more!! Well done folks

How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult the size guide available on the product page and compare your measurements with the corresponding chart.

A wetsuit should fit snugly against the body, without large folds or air pockets, but it should allow you to breathe and move normally. It may feel tighter at first and will adapt slightly after the first few sessions.

If you are between two sizes or need help, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your height, weight, and main measurements.
Is the product suitable for cold water?
It depends on the thickness and the model. As a general reference, 3/2 mm suits are suitable for temperate waters, while 4/3 mm or 5/4 mm models offer greater insulation for colder waters.

Thermal sensation also depends on water temperature, wind, session duration, and your sensitivity to cold. Always consult the features and thermal recommendations indicated on the product sheet.
Does the suit restrict movement?
It should not restrict your movements if you have chosen the correct size. The suit should be snug to reduce water entry, but allow natural mobility of the shoulders, arms and legs.

If large creases appear, too much water enters, or you feel excessive pressure that makes breathing or movement difficult, double-check the size and fit of the model.
How should I care for the product after use?
Always rinse it thoroughly with cold water after each use to remove salt, sand and other residues. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer, bleach or aggressive products.

Dry it in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. To prevent deformation, hang it on a suitable hanger or fold it at the waist while it dries. Store it completely dry, without compressing it and in a cool place.

When putting it on or taking it off, avoid pulling forcefully and be careful with fingernails and sharp surfaces, as these can damage the neoprene.
Are the seams reinforced?
The construction of the seams depends on the model. In each product’s description, you will find the type of seam and the technologies used.

Models designed for more demanding conditions may incorporate glued, stitched or sealed seams to improve strength, flexibility and reduce water entry. Please refer to the product specifications to confirm the exact construction of the model you have chosen.
