Description

Our Explorer range was consciously developed, using eco-friendly materials, prioritizing extreme comfort and durability. Our Mineralprene is still our elected neoprene for its sustainable composition of a mix of recycled oyster shells and limestone. Along with the introduction of our new C-FLEX 2.0 lining, that provides extra comfort and softness, our Deeply FastDry ensures a quick dry, with heat retention, perfect for long surf sessions. The FastDry panels are glued and stitched; the seams are glued and blind stitched, sealed on the inside with ultra-flexible seam tapes. The explorer’s comfort was also improved by a new, more ergonomic, design of the kneepads, as well as improved cuts on the back and side of the legs, allowing more mobility and less movement restriction.

O Explorer II junior é construído em Mineralprene à base da reciclagem de conchas de ostras e Limestone amigo do ambiente, laminado com cola à base de água Aqua α™. O fecho no peito YKK, com aperto por elástico e stopper, facilita vestir e despir e, em conjunto com as barras de borracha no ombro esquerdo, reduz a entrada de água. A gola em Glide skin protege o pescoço sem irritar a pele. No interior, o forro Deeply Fastdry no torso seca rapidamente e o forro C-FLEX 2.0 nos braços e pernas acrescenta suavidade. As costuras coladas e cosidas (GBS), seladas com Neo Tape 2.0, as joelheiras ergonómicas de alta densidade e os pontos de stress reforçados garantem durabilidade.

Deve ser sempre lavado com água fria sem sabão (não me atires para a máquina de lavar nem de secar)

O fato deve ser retirado com calma, usando sempre um tapete Deeply ou um balde. Cuidado com as unhas, que podem rasgar o neopreno. Não estiques demasiado o neopreno, porque rebenta as linhas e costuras. É importante, no verão ou durante o tempo quente, tirar o fato isotérmico do carro ao chegar ao destino. O fato deve ser guardado pendurado, sem estar dobrado. Não retires a cera de surf, porque o neopreno fica danificado ao tentar tirá-la.

Comprei este fato em Janeiro e, após quatro meses de utilização, este é o meu feedback. Muitas das costuras já vinham mal finalizadas quando retirei o fato novo da caixa, com fios soltos que nem sequer tinham sido cortados. Acabei por ter de dar nós em vários pontos para evitar que começassem a descoser. Numa das joelheiras, parte da costura acabou mesmo por abrir ao fim de quatro meses, porque não vinha bem cozida nem devidamente acabada. Já tive fatos da Deeply com uma qualidade e um acabamento superiores a este.

How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult the size guide available on the product page and compare your measurements with the corresponding chart.

A wetsuit should fit snugly against the body, without large folds or air pockets, but it should allow you to breathe and move normally. It may feel tighter at first and will adapt slightly after the first few sessions.

If you are between two sizes or need help, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your height, weight, and main measurements.
Is the product suitable for cold water?
It depends on the thickness and the model. As a general reference, 3/2 mm suits are suitable for temperate water, while 4/3 mm or 5/4 mm models offer greater insulation for colder water.

How warm you feel also depends on the water temperature, wind, session length and your sensitivity to cold. Always check the features and temperature recommendation shown on the product page.
Does the suit restrict movement?
It should not restrict your movements if you have chosen the correct size. The suit should be snug to reduce water entry, but allow natural mobility of the shoulders, arms and legs.

If large creases appear, too much water enters, or you feel excessive pressure that makes breathing or movement difficult, double-check the size and fit of the model.
How should I care for the product after use?
Always rinse it thoroughly with cold water after each use to remove salt, sand and other residues. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer, bleach or aggressive products.

Dry it in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. To prevent deformation, hang it on a suitable hanger or fold it at the waist while it dries. Store it completely dry, without compressing it and in a cool place.

When putting it on or taking it off, avoid pulling forcefully and be careful with fingernails and sharp surfaces, as these can damage the neoprene.
Are the seams reinforced?
Seam construction depends on the model. On each product page, you will find the type of seam and the technologies used.

Models designed for more demanding conditions may feature glued, stitched or sealed seams to improve strength and flexibility and reduce water entry. Please check the product specifications to confirm the exact construction of the model you have chosen.
