Materials and technology

Our men's Explorer range was consciously developed, using environmentally friendly materials and prioritizing extreme comfort and durability.

Our Mineralprene remains the neoprene of choice for its sustainable composition, a blend of recycled oyster shells and limestone. Along with the introduction of our new C-FLEX 2.0 lining, which provides extra comfort and softness, the Explorer has been further improved with a new design of more ergonomic knee pads and new cuts on the back and sides of the legs, allowing more mobility and less movement restriction.

Together with our foam recovery technology, which maintains its integrity, the Explorer also has glued and stitched seams that reinforce the inside without compromising flexibility, thanks to our ultra-flexible seam tapes.

Care

Always rinse it in cold water without soap (don't put it in the washing machine or the dryer).

Take the wetsuit off calmly, always using a Deeply change mat or a bucket. Be careful with your nails, as they can tear the neoprene. Don't overstretch the neoprene, as this can break the stitching and seams. In summer or hot weather, take the wetsuit out of the car as soon as you arrive. Store it hanging, without folding it. Don't remove surf wax, as trying to do so damages the neoprene.

    Mineralprene is made by mixing limestone with waste oyster shells. The oyster shells are recycled and converted into oxide powder. This allows us to reduce the amount of limestone used in the composition of our wetsuits. This way, we produce a more natural and comfortable rubber foam.

Buena relación calidad precio en un traje que protege bien y es muy elástico.

Traje muy cómodo que tiene un cierre que evita al máximo la entrada de agua. Es muy elástico y cómodo en el agua. Sólo creo que el sellado interior podría ser mejor pero quizás comprometiendo la elasticidad y en verano con un cierre bueno no es tan importante.

Llevo ya usando unos 7 neoprenos de la marca Deeply a lo largo de los últimos años, y la verdad que no tengo intención de cambiar de marca. Los modelos del años 2025 tinen un contrapunto que es que el cuello es muy estrecho. El resto, perfecto como siempre, neoprenos elásticos, cálidos y a buen precio.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult the size guide available on the product page and compare your measurements with the corresponding chart.

A wetsuit should fit snugly against the body, without large folds or air pockets, but it should allow you to breathe and move normally. It may feel tighter at first and will adapt slightly after the first few sessions.

If you are between two sizes or need help, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your height, weight, and main measurements.
Is the product suitable for cold water?
It depends on the thickness and the model. As a general reference, 3/2 mm suits are suitable for temperate water, while 4/3 mm or 5/4 mm models offer greater insulation for colder water.

How warm you feel also depends on the water temperature, wind, session length and your sensitivity to cold. Always check the features and temperature recommendation shown on the product page.
Does the suit restrict movement?
It should not restrict your movements if you have chosen the correct size. The suit should be snug to reduce water entry, but allow natural mobility of the shoulders, arms and legs.

If large creases appear, too much water enters, or you feel excessive pressure that makes breathing or movement difficult, double-check the size and fit of the model.
How should I care for the product after use?
Always rinse it thoroughly with cold water after each use to remove salt, sand and other residues. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer, bleach or aggressive products.

Dry it in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. To prevent deformation, hang it on a suitable hanger or fold it at the waist while it dries. Store it completely dry, without compressing it and in a cool place.

When putting it on or taking it off, avoid pulling forcefully and be careful with fingernails and sharp surfaces, as these can damage the neoprene.
Are the seams reinforced?
Seam construction depends on the model. On each product page, you will find the type of seam and the technologies used.

Models designed for more demanding conditions may feature glued, stitched or sealed seams to improve strength and flexibility and reduce water entry. Please check the product specifications to confirm the exact construction of the model you have chosen.
