Deeply sent me the wrong size, and the return process has been slow and inefficient. The mistake was theirs, yet they still did not accept a full refund without fees. Very disappointing customer service.

Our new Limitless Frost range wetsuits were designed to deliver unlimited mobility, unprecedented comfort, and a zero gravity feel. This is made possible due to our newest Mineralprene formula, developed using recycled oyster shells and limestone. The graphene inside lining assures an incredible heat retention and very fast drying properties. The seams are glued and stitched to reinforce the inside without compromising flexibility due to ou ultra-flexible seam tapes. We have improved our wetsuit durability by introducing our foam memory recovery technology helping the wetsuit to maintain its integrity.
When choosing your wetsuit size, make sure to choose the correct fit. The wetsuit should be really fit and tight to begin with. It will perfectly adapt to your body within 2-3 surf sessions.

It should always be washed with cold water without soap (do not put me in the washing machine or dryer)
The wetsuit should be taken off carefully, always using a Deeply mat or a bucket. Be careful with your nails, as they can tear the neoprene. Do not stretch the neoprene too much, as it can break the threads and seams. It is important, in summer or during warm weather, to remove the wetsuit from the car upon arriving at your destination. The wetsuit should be stored hanging, without being folded. Do not remove the surf wax, as the neoprene may be damaged when trying

Esta é uma rocha mineral de calcário. Os nossos fatos de surf usam calcário extraído da terra para substituir os produtos petroquímicos. É um mineral natural, que nos ajuda a reduzir o impacto ambiental dos nossos fatos de surf. Isto não é só melhor para o meio ambiente, mas para si também. O calcário oferece maior flexibilidade, é mais leve e contém maior proteção contra os raios solares.

O Mineralprene é fabricado pela mistura de pedra calcário com conchas de ostras desperdiçadas. As conchas de ostras são recicladas e convertidas em pó de óxido. Isto permite-nos reduzir a quantidade de pedra calcária utilizada na composição dos nossos fatos de surf. Produzimos assim uma espuma de borracha mais natural e confortável.

Tip:
Tips and “reference points” to help ensure the size you choose fits your body properly:
- In the shoulder area, the wetsuit should fit snugly but comfortably;
- Also in the armpit area, check that there is no excess neoprene when your arms are by your sides;
- When standing, in the abdominal and lower back area, it is important that the suit fits well, without gaps.
- Check that the knee pads are in the correct position, exactly over the knee.
- The collar should have no gaps and fit snugly around the neck, ensuring comfort. If any discomfort occurs around the neck, we recommend using a cream (e.g., Nivea or Vaseline) to prevent skin irritation.
- The surf suit should end aligned with the ankles.
The wetsuit should fit snugly. When worn for the first time, it may feel tight. With use, it can stretch 15%-20%, and after the first 2-3 uses, it will adapt to the body. For proper functionality, the suit must fit snugly. For more information, watch the video here.
