Materials and technology

Our women's Explorer range has been carefully developed, using environmentally responsible materials and prioritizing maximum comfort and extreme durability. Our Mineralprene remains our neoprene of choice due to its sustainable composition, which includes a blend of recycled oyster shells and limestone. Along with the introduction of our new C-FLEX 2.0 lining, which provides an extra feeling of comfort and softness, our Deeply FastDry ensures quick drying with heat retention, ideal for extended surf sessions. The FastDry panels are glued and stitched, while the seams are sealed on the inside with ultra-flexible seam tapes. The Explorer's comfort has been improved with a new, more ergonomic knee pad design, as well as refined cuts on the back and sides of the legs, allowing greater mobility and less restriction of movement. The wetsuit should fit snugly at first. It will adapt perfectly to your body within 2-3 surf sessions.

Care

Always rinse it in cold water without soap (don't put it in the washing machine or the dryer).

Take the wetsuit off calmly, always using a Deeply change mat or a bucket. Be careful with your nails, as they can tear the neoprene. Don't overstretch the neoprene, as this can break the stitching and seams. In summer or hot weather, take the wetsuit out of the car as soon as you arrive. Store it hanging, without folding it. Don't remove surf wax, as trying to do so damages the neoprene.

Comprei este fato em Janeiro e, após quatro meses de utilização, este é o meu feedback. Muitas das costuras já vinham mal finalizadas quando retirei o fato novo da caixa, com fios soltos que nem sequer tinham sido cortados. Acabei por ter de dar nós em vários pontos para evitar que começassem a descoser. Numa das joelheiras, parte da costura acabou mesmo por abrir ao fim de quatro meses, porque não vinha bem cozida nem devidamente acabada. Já tive fatos da Deeply com uma qualidade e um acabamento superiores a este.

How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult the size guide available on the product page and compare your measurements with the corresponding chart.

A wetsuit should fit snugly against the body, without large folds or air pockets, but it should allow you to breathe and move normally. It may feel tighter at first and will adapt slightly after the first few sessions.

If you are between two sizes or need help, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your height, weight, and main measurements.
Is the product suitable for cold water?
It depends on the thickness and the model. As a general reference, 3/2 mm suits are suitable for temperate water, while 4/3 mm or 5/4 mm models offer greater insulation for colder water.

How warm you feel also depends on the water temperature, wind, session length and your sensitivity to cold. Always check the features and temperature recommendation shown on the product page.
Does the suit restrict movement?
It should not restrict your movements if you have chosen the correct size. The suit should be snug to reduce water entry, but allow natural mobility of the shoulders, arms and legs.

If large creases appear, too much water enters, or you feel excessive pressure that makes breathing or movement difficult, double-check the size and fit of the model.
How should I care for the product after use?
Always rinse it thoroughly with cold water after each use to remove salt, sand and other residues. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer, bleach or aggressive products.

Dry it in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. To prevent deformation, hang it on a suitable hanger or fold it at the waist while it dries. Store it completely dry, without compressing it and in a cool place.

When putting it on or taking it off, avoid pulling forcefully and be careful with fingernails and sharp surfaces, as these can damage the neoprene.
Are the seams reinforced?
Seam construction depends on the model. On each product page, you will find the type of seam and the technologies used.

Models designed for more demanding conditions may feature glued, stitched or sealed seams to improve strength and flexibility and reduce water entry. Please check the product specifications to confirm the exact construction of the model you have chosen.
