Tips and “reference points” to help ensure the size you choose fits your body properly:
- In the shoulder area, the wetsuit should fit snugly but comfortably;
- Also in the armpit area, check that there is no excess neoprene when your arms are by your sides;
- When standing, in the abdominal and lower back area, it is important that the suit fits well, without gaps.
- Check that the knee pads are in the correct position, exactly over the knee.
- The collar should have no gaps and fit snugly around the neck, ensuring comfort. If any discomfort occurs around the neck, we recommend using a cream (e.g., Nivea or Vaseline) to prevent skin irritation.
- The surf suit should end aligned with the ankles.
The wetsuit should fit snugly. When worn for the first time, it may feel tight. With use, it can stretch 15%-20%, and after the first 2-3 uses, it will adapt to the body. For proper functionality, the suit must fit snugly. For more information, watch the video here.
