Legal terms and conditions of the social media rafo [GIVEAWAY].

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES OWNER

The entity responsible for running the sweepstakes and/or contests for the brand DEEPLY SLU (hereinafter, "DEEPLY"), a Spanish company with its registered office in Seville.

  1. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

DEEPLY will carry out aimed at all those people who follow the following participation instructions:

- Follow @deeply_europe and @lucia_martino

Comment on the giveaway post and tag a friend.

- Upload a story to Instagram with the giveaway post (Private accounts must send a screenshot of their story via direct message.)

  1. COMPETITION NAME

The contest will be called "GIVEAWAY LUCIA MARTIÑO".

  1. COMPETITION DEADLINE

The competition will be open from 11:00 on 20 June 2024 (CEST) until 21:00 on 20 June 2024 (CEST).

  1. PRIZE

The prize consists of a draw every 15 minutes for 8 hours, with a total of 40 prizes. The prizes include:

  • 15 surf accessories
  • 13 wetsuits
  • 5 clothing items
  • 2 pairs of sunglasses
  • 1 gift card worth €200
  • 4 gift cards worth €25 each

Exchanges can only be made in the online store; the winner will be able to contact customerservice@deeply.com.

  1. PARTICIPANTS

For the purposes of this raffle, a valid entry for the raffle prize will be someone who meets the following requirements:

Be a real person.

- You must meet all the requirements mentioned in section 2 of the BBLL.

- You must be over 18 years old.

  1. DRAWING

On 20 June a draw will be made from among all participants, by virtue of which 40 winners of the prize indicated in the fourth clause will be chosen.

The draw will be carried out by means of a random computer system. In the event that no response is received from the winner within 3 working days, counted from the communication indicated in the following clause; or, in the event that the winner does not accept to receive the prize by communication sent within said period, a new draw will be made from among the other participants, and so on up to five times, until the winner of the competition who answers the aforementioned communication is found.

  1. COMMUNICATION OF THE RESULT

Once the draw has taken place, the name of the winning participant will be announced on Instagram @deeply_europe, and each winner will be notified by private message on said social network. The winner will have 3 working days from the date of contact to make a claim or, on the contrary, to reject the prize. In the event that the winner does not respond within this period for any reason (including default or force majeure) and including the corresponding rejection, DEEPLY will not look for another winner.

  1. CLAIM AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

Once notified, the winner must indicate his/her full name and e-mail address, in order to be contacted by DEEPLY to materialize the delivery of the prize, which must be delivered within 7 days after the winner's personal information has been provided. It is important that once the prize has been delivered, the winner verifies that he/she has received the prize correctly.

The accept winners that DEEPLY may check the winner's identity in order to verify that the requirements defined in clause 6 of these legal bases of the competition have been met.

  1. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

DEEPLY expresses that the present legal bases of the present sweepstakes are the only valid rules and instructions for the correct follow-up of the sweepstakes, so that the present sweepstakes DOES NOT CONTAIN MORE THAN WHAT IS INDICATED IN THESE BASES.

DEEPLY will not be responsible in any way for any interruption, outage and/or deficiency that may prevent or hinder participants from communicating with DEEPLY for the purposes of the sweepstakes, including server deficiencies, as well as any other situation of this type that is not attributable to DEEPLY's fault or willful misconduct.

It will be understood that all persons who directly or indirectly take part in any way in these scans have been known and accepted under full current legal bases, as well as the Privacy Policy that governs the processing of personal data incurred in these scans.

  1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The participant authorizes DEEPLY to publish, fix, reproduce and communicate through the social network selected to carry out the prize draw, the winner's profile image for the purposes of exhibition and display on the winner's social network. DEEPLY will not use the winner's images for purposes other than those mentioned herein.

  1. DATA PROTECTION.
