LEGAL TERMS – “BLACK FRIDAY GIVEAWAY” (25/11/2025)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

The organizer of this giveaway is DEEPLY S.L.U. (“DEEPLY”), with registered office in Seville, Spain.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate validly, users must follow these steps on Instagram:

1. Follow the accounts:
   • @deeplyeurope
   • @danielaboldini
   • @miguelcastrillon

2. Upload a screenshot or image of their favorite Deeply wetsuit to their Stories.

3. Tag a friend in the comments. The more tags, the higher the chances of winning.

4. Private accounts must send a screenshot via direct message to @deeplyeurope to validate participation.

Participation is completely free and does not require any purchase.

3. NAME OF THE GIVEAWAY

The giveaway is called “BLACK FRIDAY WETSUIT GIVEAWAY.”

4. DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY

The giveaway starts on November 25th, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Madrid time) and ends at 7:00 PM on the same day.

One winner will be selected every hour from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, for a total of 8 winners.

5. PRIZE

Each winner will receive one Deeply wetsuit (8 winners in total), chosen from the models shown in the day’s Instagram Stories.

Prizes are personal and non-transferable.

6. PARTICIPANTS

To participate, users must:
• Be a natural person
• Be over 18 years old
• Meet all requirements listed in Section 2

Employees of DEEPLY and fraudulent accounts are excluded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Every hour from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a random draw will be carried out among all valid participants up to that moment.

The draw will be conducted using a computerized random selection tool.

If a winner does not reply within 72 hours, DEEPLY may select an alternate.

8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on @deeplyeurope and contacted by direct message.

They will have 72 hours to accept the prize and provide their details.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners must provide:
• Full name
• Email
• Shipping address
• Required size

Once the information is received, the prize will be shipped within 96 hours (except in cases of external logistic issues).

DEEPLY may request identity verification.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

DEEPLY is not responsible for:
• Technical errors, service outages, or Instagram issues
• Incomplete or unverifiable entries
• Issues caused by factors beyond the company’s control

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

Winners authorize DEEPLY to publish their username and profile picture for the purpose of announcing the giveaway results.

DEEPLY will not use this information for any other purpose.
