The Explorer Frost line for men includes suits developed with a unique combination of environmentally friendly materials that provide maximum comfort on the coldest days, united by Mineralprene, a neoprene that combines recycled oyster shells with limestone. The new Deeply Fastdry has a renewed design and improved quick-drying and warming properties. The panels are glued and stitched; the seams are sealed externally with ultra-watertight liquid rubber. The suit's durability has been further improved by introducing memory foam recovery technology that maintains its integrity.
When choosing your wetsuit size, make sure you select the correct fit. The neoprene suit should be snug to start with. It will adapt perfectly to your body in 2-3 surf sessions.

Deve ser sempre lavado com água fria sem sabão (não me atires para a máquina de lavar nem de secar)
O fato deve ser retirado com calma, usando sempre um tapete Deeply ou um balde. Cuidado com as unhas, que podem rasgar o neopreno. Não estiques demasiado o neopreno, porque rebenta as linhas e costuras. É importante, no verão ou durante o tempo quente, tirar o fato isotérmico do carro ao chegar ao destino. O fato deve ser guardado pendurado, sem estar dobrado. Não retires a cera de surf, porque o neopreno fica danificado ao tentar tirá-la.

It's a natural mineral, which helps us reduce the environmental impact of our wetsuits. This is not only better for the environment, but for you too. Limestone offers greater flexibility, is lighter, and provides greater protection against sun rays.
Eco Carbon
Carbon Black
Eco Carbon Black is one of the main ingredients found in our suits. Old tires are one of the most problematic sources of solid waste. They contain a significant amount of carbon derived from fossil fuels, one of the biggest contributors to climate change. Eco Carbon Black is obtained by recycling tires instead of burning fossil fuels.
This process consumes more CO2 than it emits, reducing CO2 emissions by 72%. This circular economy approach gives back to the planet, and we support it.

Tip:
Tips and “reference points” to help ensure the size you choose fits your body properly:
- In the shoulder area, the wetsuit should fit snugly but comfortably;
- Also in the armpit area, check that there is no excess neoprene when your arms are by your sides;
- When standing, in the abdominal and lower back area, it is important that the suit fits well, without gaps.
- Check that the knee pads are in the correct position, exactly over the knee.
- The collar should have no gaps and fit snugly around the neck, ensuring comfort. If any discomfort occurs around the neck, we recommend using a cream (e.g., Nivea or Vaseline) to prevent skin irritation.
- The surf suit should end aligned with the ankles.
The wetsuit should fit snugly. When worn for the first time, it may feel tight. With use, it can stretch 15%-20%, and after the first 2-3 uses, it will adapt to the body. For proper functionality, the suit must fit snugly. For more information, watch the video here.
