Legal Terms San Miguel x Deeply GIVEAWAY

1. ORGANISERS

This giveaway is jointly organised by DEEPLY S.L.U., with its registered office in Seville (Spain), and San Miguel World (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Organisers").

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with this giveaway.

2. GIVEAWAY NAME

The giveaway shall be called "SAN MIGUEL WORLD x DEEPLY GIVEAWAY".

3. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over who reside in countries where Deeply ships products through its online store.

Employees of DEEPLY, San Miguel World, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Each participant may only win one prize.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway will run from 23 July 2026 at 12:00 pm (CEST) until 29 July 2026 at 11:59 pm (CEST). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

  • Follow the official Instagram accounts @sanmiguelworld and @deeply_europe.
  • Like the official giveaway post.
  • Tag two different friends in the comments.
  • Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story.

If the participant has a private Instagram account, they must send a screenshot of their Story via direct message to @deeply_europe so that their entry can be verified.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in automatic disqualification.

6. PRIZE

The winner will receive:

  • A 24-bottle pack of San Miguel beer.
  • An exclusive San Miguel × Deeply merchandise pack, including:
    • 1 San Miguel × Deeply T-shirt;
    • 1 keyring;
    • 1 surfboard wax comb;
    • 1 Deeply wetsuit.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is personal, non-transferable and may not be assigned to any third party.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other product or service.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to replace the prize with another of similar value and characteristics in the event of force majeure, lack of availability or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  • The prize includes only the items expressly described in these Terms & Conditions.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Once the giveaway has ended, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection platform.

The following will be selected:

  • 1 winner;
  • 2 reserve winners.

If the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve winner and, if necessary, to the second reserve winner.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced through the official Instagram accounts @deeply_europe and/or @sanmiguelworld.

The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

The winner will have 3 calendar days to accept the prize and provide the information required for delivery.

Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

The Organisers may request any documentation necessary to verify the winner's identity and age before delivering the prize.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

Entries will be disqualified if they:

  • Come from fake or fraudulent accounts;
  • Fail to meet any of the entry requirements;
  • Use automated systems or any practice intended to interfere with the normal operation of the giveaway;
  • Include offensive, discriminatory or unlawful comments.

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant they consider to have acted fraudulently.

11. LIABILITY

The Organisers shall not be held responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting Instagram;
  • Participants' internet connection failures;
  • Events caused by force majeure;
  • Delays caused by shipping or courier companies.

12. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided by the winner will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and the delivery of the prize, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

Once the giveaway has been completed, the personal data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.

13. IMAGE RIGHTS

The winner authorises DEEPLY and San Miguel World to publish their Instagram username as the winner of the giveaway on their official social media accounts and other communication channels related to this promotional campaign.

14. AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION

The Organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond their control or force majeure prevent its proper operation. Any changes will be communicated through their official social media accounts.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Any matter not expressly covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by the Organisers in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain.
